"Wonderful quiet and clean hotel in a great location to explore many beautiful hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Breakfast buffet was amazing and, like all services at the hotel, was very friendly and efficient. Citta della Pieve is an attractive and surprisingly interesting hill town which projects a genuine feel for life in Umbria with relatively few tourists. "Lovely greeting. Husband and wife run hotel. Beautifully clean. Probably the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Beautiful location. Amply parking. Breakfast has good options but nothing hot apart from toast. Still very tasty. We drove down to the local town. Plenty of restaurants etc. Pool and terrace over looking beautiful views. We recommend. "We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access."
