"What a great find! A beautifully renovated property in a charming area of Umbria. There were many types of rooms to choose from. Our room was spacious and modern yet comfortable. Anna at reception was so friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast included many choices of pastries, fruit, and hot and cold choices. I highly recommend a stay at the Monteleone!"

"The hotel was set in a beautiful area, very picturesque. The hotel and rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the facilities were good. Pool was a nice place to relax ( pool was cold but actually really nice once you got in). The food in the restaurant was delicious would definitely recommend. Some of the service wasn’t amazing (especially at the bar) however nothing drastic that would put us off returning. Thank you for a nice stay."

"Unbelievable service and dining. The fancy restaurant was closed for some updates but the other restaurant was unbelievably! The made something not even on the menu. The even made us a pizza and the waitress brought to the room. Spa was excellent. We were very happy! A 1st class Hotel."

"This place is a real gem. Absolutely loved our stay here. Did the picnic in the vineyard and the five course meal for dinner. The food was amazing and the hotel rooms are beautiful! We had a view of the vineyards and will return in the future!"

"My mother and I recently stayed 2 nights at Svetoni and had a wonderful time. The resort hotel and grounds are impeccably kept and beautiful. It is very quiet, and we enjoyed walking the vineyards, relaxing, and taking a wine tasting tour. The wine and meats were delicious, and we wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and spa if it were warmer. The included breakfast was outstanding, and we met some great people each morning to chat with. It also has a Michelin star restaurant on site, which I didn't realize so we didn't get a chance to eat there, but it looked delicious. I'd stay again on my next visit."

"Such an oasis of calm and relaxation. The room was large and cool with a very comfortable bed. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful setting and just a short walk from the beautiful town and many fantastic restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Montepulciano."

Is about a 25 minute walk up hill to montepulciano which is a lovely place to spend the evening - worth booking the restaurants in town. The path from the hotel through the broken gate could really do with a bit of tlc"
