"This is a very basic hotel almost like a motel. Do not expect much more than a place to sleep and leave from in the morning. It’s clean enough and helpful staff but the amenities are very depressing and minimal. Managers reception was in a sad dark room with an open bag of corn chips, sutter home wine and two beer choices from a fridge."

"We stayed at the sands for years now and been there several times. Celebrating different kind of things. We love the place, the atmosphere and location. Normally it's always a 5/5, but this time some bits and pieces were different and not as enjoyable as the stays we had so far. Still excellent hotel with super nice rooms and pool area."
