"Das Hotel ist in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und circa 25 Gehminuten bis zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind eher einfach eingerichtet, aber mit Mini-Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut."

"Hotel is old and very hot - my room aircond is not working and highlighted to them and they came and fixed at 1040 pm.. and set at 26 C and it took 12 pm to reach 26 ?? "

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding...

"Perfectly set up for visitors to the summer opera in Verona. A spacious room on the river with a marvellous host to tell us all about Verona. Just like staying with family!"

"Had basic clean rooms with really nice Dyson blow dryer. Wish all hotels had this amenity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport with a shuttle. Restaurant in the hotel (not run by the hotel) that was very good. More of a local feel. Such nice servers and staff."

"Not for the first time has Italy blown us away. This property was perfect for our short break. We were met at the main door, shown to our room that had a balcony. The room was spotless as was the private bathroom. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was in a perfect location for the main square/ arena. We can't fault this room or Roberto. In fact we are planning on returning next year with more of our family."

"We loved our overnight stay at this hotel. Great facilities, lovely courtyard with wine shop, bar and restaurant. Delicious food, friendly service, convenient for our morning flight from Verona. There are two parts to the hotel, the original part with the indoor pool facilities, where we stayed, and the newer building next to the outdoor pool. We were happy in the original building with a view of the courtyard, however either would be great considering the reasonable price for Verona including...
