"Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10"

"We loved everything about Hotel Smeraldo (means Emerald!)… the breakfast was amazing, location was perfect for us, the room was clean and just the right size! Bonus was the roof top restaurant and the best pizza place in the city right across the street! Definitely would recommend and stay here again!"

"Wonderful reception area... Room was small not good for 3-people... Bath room is terrible, very small... No hooks to hang your clothes or towels... very small counter top in the bathroom, you have to keep your toiletries in the bedroom... Bath tub is very deep like a 16' swimming pool... it seems 2 star hotel and not worth paying that kind of rent I paid... I won't recommend this hotel to anybody and I won't book myself in this hotel in the future too..."
