"The breakfast was good. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was large. The parking situation was not good though. Had to park far away, and it did not work for a French rental car. Unacceptable situation! I would not stay there again."

"This hotels was in great location if you want to explore for the foods. Room interior was very modern and cool. We stayed top floor which has nice balcony. Room was very spacious but no hooks and chair was only one with desk. If hotel would put more hooks on room and bathroom and put some small sofas…. That would be more than perfect. We would love to stay again if we could go back to San Sebastián."

"Great hotel located within walking distance to the beach. Staff and room was amazing. It was my birthday and when I got back to the room there was an amazing dessert waiting for me with birthday greetings. Very pet friendly. Will stay there again."

"Overall great experience and lovely staff. The location is top notch. One thing to note is hot water runs out pretty quickly at night. The staff told me the room has a small tank for hot water so make sure not to keep running when taking a shower."

"Muy bonito hotel a la orilla de la avenida y la Playa. Cosa que se agradece a los que quieran pasar un buen rato en la playa. Está hasta el otro extremo del casco viejo por lo que sí hay que caminar mucho. No sé si sea por la temporada pero el AIre acondicionado no funcionaba. Vimos por ahí dentro del cuarto algunos insectos. Por lo que en el departamento de limpieza quedó algo por desear. Pero la atención, el lugar y el estacionamiento increíble "

"Small but comfortable and clean room, location is great in central San Sebastián. A bit noisy from the outside, but nothing to really bother. The room had good natural lighting and ventilation. The shower is rather small, but one can manage. Overall, I liked it. "

"Expensive and overpriced. I have been receiving aggressively by the women at the gate. After driving 6 hours, she needed to see my booking papers before let us in. Some friends asked for an early check in and paid for it, but the room wasn’t ready. We asked for a diner reservation 2 minutes after checking and got asked if we had a room???
