"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. We cannot recommend it more highly!"

"We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early. "We had an amazing stay at Villa Marta.Rooms were beautifully decorated,clean and spacious.Toiletries,etc were provided.The area is so quiet and we had a lovely sleep undisturbed by any noise .Breakfast was delicious,abundant and with many choices.Staff was brilliant-both ladies at reception and gentlemen at restaurant.My children loved checking the two resident cats Bianca and Nero a couple of times a day ☺️😂.Definitely will be back one day as everything was perfect!"

"This place is a guest house, you book a bedroom and have access to a table and a Small kitchenette and microwave oven. Every room has a private bathroom and TV, but no TV services. Federico is very responsive and friendly, there’s a parking lot nearby and the area is very safe at night."
