ClĂ© fournie pour une chambre dĂ©jĂ  occupĂ©e. Surpise. Avec une autre clĂ© on est passĂ©s devant une chambre aux porte et fenĂȘtre complĂštement dĂ©foncĂ©es. C'est peu sereins qu'on a refermĂ© la porte de notre chambre qui ne nous paraissait pas des plus sĂ©curisĂ©e non plus. C'est notre deuxiĂšme sĂ©jour peu satisgaisant Ă  Montauban alors que nous sommes habituĂ©s aus hĂŽtels 1Ăšre classe.

pas d'accueil à notre arrivée. La borne de réservation nous offre une chambre en reé-de-chaussée sans électricité. Il a fallu s'adresser au Kyriad en face qui nous a gentiment changé la chambre. Merci Kyriad

Bonjour nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçu par un jeune qui nous a dĂ©panner Ă  nous prĂȘter des couvertures parce que le chauffage ne marche pas. Pas super en fĂ©vrier. Le sol n'est pas du tout laver.

Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s la porte de la chambre Ă©tait ouverte il faisait aussi froid dehors que dedans, mĂȘme avec le chauffage il faisait pas trĂšs chaud, l’air passait sous la porte on Ă  du mettre les serviettes de bain au bas de la porte pour Ă©viter que l’air ne passe
. Les toilettes Ă©taient vraiment trĂšs sale, et la douche trop petite. Point positif le petit dĂ©jeuner 🙂

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Bei der Frage, ob diese deutsch oder englisch sprechen wurde mir das Telefon aufgehĂ€ngt. Dann hat der 24h-Automat den SchlĂŒssel nicht rausgegeben und die Telefonnummer funktionierte auch nicht und trotzdem möchte das Hotel uns die Übernachtung nicht zurĂŒckbezahlen. Obwohl wir alles beweisen können anhand von Fotos.
