"I would gladly visit this hotel again, my experience was truly wonderful. I encountered no issues during my stay and absolutely loved the location. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very supportive throughout. I also have to highlight the breakfast, which was fantastic. The only minor drawback was during my early checkout at around 4:00 a.m., when there was no one at the front desk to collect the keys. Aside from that, everything was perfect."

"First room smelled like cat piss.....literally. Man came in an sprayed Fabreeze. Did nothing. Said they had no more rooms and to get a refund from Expedia. Nothing he could do. Someone else came out an offered a suite. That room was better, but still nothing special. Will never stay again."

"I want to start by saying the staff was particularly helpful and kind. The breakfast was alright as well. The room smelled moldy, and when the shower was running smelled like smoke. They are currently doing renovations on the roof, which led to no television access. I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area."

"The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom- no safety rails in the shower,very awkward positioning of the toilet paper holder over one's left shoulder, and one must step up into both the bathroom and the very small shower without any handles to hold on to. This is a very old inn and the wood floors are uneven . In my opinion, room #1 is not suitable for senior citizens."

"In the middle of the night, a dog on the floor I was on would not stop barking. It woke me up and I could not get back to sleep. I believe the dog was left unattended in the room"

"While the owners are lovely people and their restaurant wonderful, our accommodations were not really clean. The ceiling plaster was falling. Some of the areas were not dusted for a while, our bathroom mirror still had splash marks from the previous guest, and the carpets were not vacuumed. This place really has great potential with upgrades and cleaning. These are constructive criticisms to help."

"staff was kind of rude and had an attitude. housecleaning would wait until end of the day when I returned from being gone all day around 4pm to knock on door to do housekeeping. Not worth the money at all."

"Horrible experience staying here. Bad management Thr pregnant desk cleark was rude and a bully acted like I was a inconvience, I was interrupting her fried rice. Threatened me to go across the street. This is a motell for homeless people. Breakfast was run dry by 7:00 am. And not replenished. "Tru is a new basic Hilton in a great location in Manchester, walkable to the main streets there on the river, across street from Cotton Restaurant, and walking distance to event centers. They also have a Common Man restaurant on the property, as well as coffee cafe for mornings. Parking was easy, safe, well-lit. Property is simple but efficient and cost-effective; we noticed families there, but was not noisy, etc."
