It’s really good place if you are in for skiing or visiting the village. The place is located inside the village and everything is accessible by five minutes walk. Also, the staff is really polite and helpful.

Front desk (Patti) was so lovely. Hotel amenities were great (sauna, hot tub, kitchenette). The hotel is literally at the foot of the mountain. We would come off the hill, walk 200 steps to the hotel and come back to the hotel for a quick lunch. Included breakfast was good too - much more than your typical cereal continental breakfast. Only complaint was that we came back to the room after skiing at 4pm and housekeeping was still there so we had to wait outside of our room with our ski gear on for 15 mins.

Room was very big and convenient with full kitchen. Good sauna and hot pool! Location is impressive, just in front of the lifts machine. Things to improve are the quality of the breakfast (although is included free!) and the lobby its a bit small. No place to mingle. We will be coming back!

The staff were kind and helpful. Easy check-in. A ski locker is used for ski storage. A deposit of $50 per lock/ski is refundable upon return of lock. Parking underground is available for $24. Outdoor parking across hotel entrance is $40 a day. Breakfast was just ok and convenient. Back door of entrance area leads you outdoors into the village of stores and few steps to the Gondula. Booked 6 months in advance for cheaper rates. Cancellation almost to date of departure with refund if needed. Hotel shows wear but clean considering.

Unfortunately this resort became a bit outdated and luck of services, rooms not cleaned properly, not much utensils, broken room's stuff and breakfast is not anymore as was before. In general great location, close to everything, ok to visit but prices should be much lower.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location and a very short walk to the slopes! We enjoyed the breakfast selection and the hot tub at the end of our ski day. When we had no heat, staff fixed the problem right away. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the room service - they did not come every day and when they did they forgot to replenish supplies and empty our garbage. Overall a good stay and we’d come back!
