This resort is quite an unexpected treat. Located at the bottom of the village. You have easy access to all the amenities at the village has to offer. Parking included, which is a huge advantage. And because you’re off the beaten path, it’s a little bit quieter.
The complementary breakfast is a bit weak, but that being said for the price that we paid I’m OK with it.
The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, a large, especially for the price that we paid.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and was able to address complex problems in a very professional manner.
M the biggest issue I have and the main reason why I’m not gonna give five stars is because there is a staff shortage at this property. Having 20 guests trying to check in and only having one person minding the desk at a period of time where the entire province is on vacation and at the height of the holiday season was quite surprising. What I did appreciate was that staff member took their time to properly explain everything and make sure that every single gas was treated respectfully and properly and not rushed. Well, sometimes we want things to go fast, we also wanna make sure things are done properly and that’s the one thing I can definitely say is that things were done properly.
I hope they can fix their staff shortage quickly because this is a great place to stay and a great value.
