"We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!"

"Was a drug/hooker neighborhood. Run down, not at all what the pictures online showed. Very rude staff. Room was trashy when first went into room. Paid for the night but didn't stay. Wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there. Should be shut down and not allowed to advertise online."

"The room is nice in size and everything worked. There were some holes in the bathroom wall. And the floor in the main room under the window was wavy im assuming water damage.."

"It was a fairly clean place to spend one night. There was a Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot I didn’t eat there but they were rather busy so I guess people enjoyed their food. My bed was comfortable I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than one night as it did not feel safe there. But it served its purpose on my way back to Texas."

"The property was well maintained, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was positive. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again."

"Comfort Inn at nearly $600 for three nights seemed to be the best deal looking at the pictures online. The hotel wasn't a dump, but it was less than average. The place needs to be updated. The bottom of our door was a big space where you can tell when people were walking by and could easily hear our conversation. The bathroom was small a portion of the lower wall was rotted. Stayed three nights and not once did we receive room service. The iron did not work and neither did the charging stations...

"Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. "The property was not clean in common or rooms."

"After hours staff was extremely helpful. I was able to check in very late with no problems. Room wasn’t super clean, there were old stains in the bathroom and the AC was leaking."
