"Have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. A wonderfully spacious hotel in every respect. Excellent service from staff, especially the Polish lady at the checkin counter and Lynn at breakfast. Free parking at the football stadium opposite the hotel. I love the walk-in shower. Modern and slick. I love the teak wood furniture in the room. The lightings. The pillows. The strong wifi. Etc. Will stay here again in the near future."

"Always nice to stay here. Our go to B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities. Pity the breakfast option wasn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) but there are plenty cafes, restaurants etc on the doorstop that do the job just as well. "

"Hotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets. One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isn’t the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room. Good Stay!"

"Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . "

"What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge. Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room was. "

"We arrived on the train. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk maximum. Taxis are £7-&£9 from station to hotel (Aug 25). Rooms are clean, spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast has a good choice from cheese/meats, pastries& bread rolls, cereals, fruit,yoghurt & cooked option. Hot drinks are available in the lounge area 24/7. "We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Sally and Paul were perfect hosts, friendly and chatty. The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great, not too far from the centre or the attractions but nice and quiet. Only had breakfast once but it was delicious. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Definitely will be booking again when we can "
