Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und schafft eine romantische, heimelige Atmosphäre, Inder man sich immer wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Wellness-Bereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber, an vollen Tagen überfüllt ist, was der endgültigen Entspannung leider nicht ganz zuträgt. Wir würden dennoch gerne wiederkommen!"

"Extremely hot during visit and hotel has no air con. Therefore difficult to sleep as did not cool down at all. The hotel is on a main road just off the motorway. It’s 20km from berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. It has no real amenities close by except supermarkets and a gas station. We ate in Berchtesgaden as it had life and better option. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay."

"The hotel was hard to find despite being in the Main Street in Golling. This was due to it being renovated and partially hidden by this. Entrance to car park is via a narrow passage through the building to the back which was a bit tight both the passage and the car park. Parts of the hotel that have been renovated are good but more needs to be done professionally. Once the reception was found the staff were helpful. "We stayed here with our two young children (ages 2 and 5) and unfortunately our experience fell well short of what the property’s price point and reputation would suggest. From the first night, a strong and unpleasant odour emanated from the wash basin drain in our bathroom. We reported it immediately. Housekeeping attended the following morning and poured a chemical down the drain — the smell reduced briefly but returned in full by the second night. When we reported it again to the front desk...
