Very comfortable and spacious rooms

The hotel was very comfortable and had the best sleep in a long time. We booked a suite. Great views. Would return here again! Free access to the thermal pool.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön auch die Gegend rund herum ist sehr schön, finde es in der Algarve hier am schönsten. Das Hotel ist sauber. Aber Punkte Abzug weil es leider sehr hellhörig ist, die Klima dafür sehr laut. Auch war das Frühstück etwas mau, da hab ich bei ähnlichen Hotels schon viel bessere gesehen. Würde es trotzdem empfehlen zumindest in der neben Season.

Tres bel hôtel situé dans un village complexe au pied de la source de Monchique. Chambre top et petit déjeuner : un régal !

Empezando por el personal de recepción que resultaron ser personas muy poco resolutivas, no sé qué trato al cliente quieren que puntúe porque prácticamente no hubo, antes de llegar les escribí un mensaje haber si podían darme una respuesta rápida, a día de hoy no han respondido y ni siquiera nos dijeron nada durante la estancia. El segundo día de nuestra estancia quisimos comer en un restaurante de los que salen en la web, la carta tenía muy buena pinta la verdad, resulta que de los tres restaurantes que tienen ninguno funciona con la carta que está colgada en la web, nos hicieron dos “bocatas” con un pan duro y una carne sequisima, que lo quisieron vender como “bifana” y ya puedo ser yo todo lo turista que quieras, pero en un hotel 4 estrellas lo veo una vergüenza. El segundo día también envíe un comentario con quejas, a ver si así hacían un poco de caso o algo, no hubo nada. La preocupación hacia el cliente en este hotel es una lástima. En fin, es mi humilde opinión.

Muy recomendable

Muy buena relación calidad precio, estancia muy agradable, desayuno espectacular y de buena calidad, nos quedamos un día más de lo previsto, personal muy atento y agradable, no había plancha, lo comunicamos en recepción por si nos podían facilitar alguna y al momento la llevaron a la habitación, muy recomendable.

Rommet og hotelllet var ikke likt bildene som er på siden. Det var også insekter på rommet som vi klaget om flere ganger uten at det skjedde noe med det. Viss det ikke var for at det var fult over alt hadde vi byttet.

Lieu plutôt agréable mais la qualité de service pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles - Qualité des produits servis très faible (petit déjeuner) - Isolation des chambres catastrophique (possibilité de participer à la conversation de la chambre voisine) Climatisation défectueuse - Carte d’accès à la chambre non fonctionnelle - Beaucoup d’imperfection pour un 4 étoiles - qualité de service pas à la hauteur de ce soit disant standing.

Tem muito que melhorar no atendimento

Após 3 horas de viagem de Lisboa, pedimos água na recepção do check in, disseram que não tinha, somente no quarto... Fora a grosseria que falaram conosco.... Estacionamento não tem é na rua.... ninguém para ajudar com as malas... Pedimos o tampão para banheiro, esperando até hoje.... Equipe da recepção despreparada... Equipe do café é excelente
