"The outlets and bedside lamps in the room did not work and they made me wait until the next day to change the room. They gave my husband light bulbs and told him to try changing them. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The place smelled terrible. They refused to refund my reservation. Will never stay here again. If I could give them a 0 I would."

I had a room that had a refrigerator and stove but there were no pots, pans nor dishes in the room. I would have to pay for them if I wanted the hotel to supply me with them.
