"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. Room upgrade was an absolute bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Riva del Garda. I would stay here again shld I return. 10+ stars "

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Good poolarea and location. The rooms was OK but Ac did not work properly during night. You could only use one heating area at the same time on the stove and it was slow. Poor information at check- in we found the secret door to the city by ourselves the last days of our stay"

"We always love staying at Villa Madruzzo — the staff is super kind and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The spa is clean and well-staffed, quiet and relaxing. Dinner seems to get better each time, excellent quality and portions. "Really enjoyed the stay, fantastic location, cosy and friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms with comfi bed and quality cosmetics ( comfort zone). Very helpful and pleasant stuff. Great cappuccino during breakfast ( sometimes the tase is awful at the different hotels) with wow view to the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Thank you and good luck! "

"This hotel was quite lovely, a 2 km walk from the ferry but busy enough to find, a very short walk to the lakefront, hotel was awesome it had a heated outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool plus Jacuzzi steam room and sauna all included in the price of the room, the rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, the breakfast was also, and it was extremely good with lots of choices, I would highly recommend this hotel"
