From the moment I arrived, I felt completely spoiled by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making my stay special. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, an elegant blend of history and luxury, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was the kind of space you look forward to returning to, even after a full day of exploring. One of the highlights was the incredible massage at their in-house spa, which was pure bliss and the perfect way to ease into a day of celebration. The entire experience felt indulgent, calming, and deeply restorative. What truly set this stay apart, though, were all the thoughtful touches. I arrived to find a delicious birthday cake waiting in my room, and later, while celebrating with friends at Capella Rooftop Bar, another cake appeared—completely unexpected and such a joyful moment. As if that wasn’t enough, we were treated to complimentary champagne by the pool, adding an extra sparkle to an already perfect day. Every interaction with the team felt genuine and effortless, and they managed to strike that rare balance between professionalism and heartfelt hospitality. I left feeling incredibly grateful, celebrated, and already dreaming of my return. Hotel La Compañía is a true gem in Casco Viejo."
