"The whole place smells really bad"

"Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy."

The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The gentleman who checked me in was very difficult to understand. Person checking out was easy to understand (younger person)."

"We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay"

"This was not a good experience. No ability to pay with credit card and had to use cash. Pool was down for maintenance. There was no soap, towels, or toilet paper. Waited 45 minutes for pillow slips. No internet to watch tv. And on top of all that the elevator didn't work and we were on the 4th floor. Definitely not a good experience at all."

"Everyone and everything was perfect. It was a busy weekend and lots of things and packed place going on. Staff did excellent job and we were in our room super fast. It was clean and bed comfy."

"I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. It looks like they just ran a mop over the center of the floor. I always bring lysol spray and paper towels, so I cleaned it myself. Another issue I had was that I cut my foot on a small shard of glass on the pool deck. The floor is made of tiny pebbles in grout,, and I am sure it is difficult to clean up after a...
