Molto spazioso e pulito. Ottima la cucina. La spa sarebbe da migliorare è un po piccola per un hotel cosi grande. La piscina meglio se fosse stata piu calda e piu luminosa. Complessivamente si sta bene e vale la pena andarci anche per la gradevole animazione e la vicinanza delle piste.

Camera senza finestre

Personale cortese e ristorazione discreta ma la camera in cui siamo stati sistemati è mansardata priva di finestre con un solo abbaino non apribile perché ricoperto di neve. A differenza di quanto indicato nella descrizione della stanza non abbiamo trovato la doccia bensì una vasca posizionata nella parte bassa del bagno in cui non è nemmeno possibile restare in fpiedi. Necessaria una revisione dell'arredamento ormai obsoleto.

We stopped here while trekking on the AV2. Location was very close to walk from the bus stop. The breakfast spread was plentiful but not too good- the eggs were odd tasting and the coffee was the worst I had tasted in Europe. The room had heat which was nice and the pools looked really nice - make sure you have a swimming cap! No view from the room and the hallways had an odd smell.

Uncomfortable bed, no hot water, tv broke,

Close to slopes, but not ski in and out. Nice pool, but not warm water and separate from Spa area. Clean room, but very uncomfortable bed for the price, shampoos and lotion were half used by previous guest and left in room...no matter, there was no hot water to take a shower. TV did not work and the wifi was a goofy interface that worked ok. But hey, they gave free welcome drinks and dinner fixed meal was expensive but good. Breakfast was also ok. Free parking is available.

Nice hotel with beautiful spa

Nice hotel with a beautiful spa. The hotel is not a ski in/ski out as advertised, but requires a 200-300 meter walk to the slopes. The hotel is very nice and includes a beautiful spa with a jacuzzi and full swimming pool. Breakfast was included and tasty. We paid extra for dinner at the hotel, which was okay.

Mezza pensione con delle carenze

Per un hotel a 4 stelle, quindi non a poco prezzo, e con la mezza pensione inclusa....La delusione e tristezza è quello che a cena mi sono visto addebitare 2,50 euro per una bottiglia di acqua...Questo se lo possono evitare...l'acqua nella cena o pranzo deve essere inclusa...visto anche che siamo in montagna e l'acqua non manca. Inoltre la clientela deve poter scegliere almeno un alternativa sul menu...menù con una sola portata.... I quattro stelle dove sono?

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, vicino alle piste e da sentieri per fare escursioni. Il ristorante nulla da dire. Bisogna prenotare la Spa perché essendo di piccole dimensioni non possono andare tante persone insieme. Le camere non sono assolutamente da 4 stelle. Personale molto gentile

ottimo albergo - super ottimo il personale!

Classico albergo di montagna con SPA e piscina, a mio giudizio nel contesto perfetto, ma quello che mi ha colpito più di tutto è stata la gentilezza e preparazione di tutto il personale,sopratutti la direttrice Alessia e la splendida ragazza con i capelli ricci, alla reception, le piste da sci sono a 150 mt /baby club/ed escursioni per chi non scia/ lo consiglierei a tutti ( Fabrizio e Perla)

Soggiorno stupendo

Ho appena finito un soggiorno breve con la mia famiglia e l'hotel si è rivelato veramente all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle , il personale presente ma discreto , il buffet ampio e ricco di prodotti salato e dolci freschi e abbondanti , una piscina delle giuste dimensioni per nuotate rilassanti e una SPA ravvivante .

Ottimo hotel a 7 km dal centro di moena e vicino agli impianti di risalita....hotel datato ma tenuto molto bene...colazione abbondante a buffet...nel complesso davvero un ottima soluzione per soggiornare nella zona!organizzano escursioni gratuite tutti i giorni per i clienti dell'hotel....

Che delusione!

Prenotata una camera per due con un bimbo di quasi otto anni ci siamo trovati di fronte alla situazione piu' indecorosa mai vissuta in un hotel (e non dico 4 stelle o 3 stelle), ma una struttura chiamata albergo e non rifugio di montagna. Nella camera i tre letti occupavano quasi tutto lo spazio tanto che il passaggio tra quello singolo e il matrimoniale era possibile solo di traverso (ho scattato alcune foto per documentare tale incresciosa sistemazione). Cio' che mi ha maggiormente irritato e'stato lo stupore del personale della reception di fronte alle nostre lamentele e alla richiesta di trovare una sistemazione adeguata, visto anche la consistenza della somma pagata. Dopo aver visto il contenuto della vostra mail dove era scritto camera familiare, hanno cercato di venirci incontro offrendoci la mezza pensione senza supplemento. Eravamo stanchi per la giornata passata sulle piste di sci e il bambino era impaziente di fare un tuffo in piscina, cosi' abbiamo accettato. Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda i servizi dell'hotel, tutto sommato sufficienti, ma struttura evidentemente cresciuta in modo disarmonico con stanze e sale sparse qua e la, piscina e centro benessere agli antipodi, ecc. Si e'notato anche una direzione poco attenta ed efficace che avrebbe dovuto intervenire nel momento di contestazione cercando una soluzione adeguata, forse gia'soddisfatta dell'incasso della camera gia'avvenuto!

Neve e relax

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dagli impianti, bella SPA non grandissima ma completa di thermarium, bagno turco, sauna, idromassaggio e zona relax (oltre alla piscina interna). Colazione e cena buone, anche se la cena costa 30€ a testa bevande escluse che mi sembra eccessivo, ma non ci sono alternative nei paraggi se non andando a Moena o Falcade.
