"The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. "We loved staying here. The view of Itsukushima's torii gate, the mountains and the rest of Miyajima are beautiful. The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and tidy. We had access to a private bath (by appointment), but were too tired to take advantage. There was also a gift shop downstairs with local gifts. The staff were helpful and friendly, and also dropped us off at the ferry at the end of our stay."
