"I paid for a two queen bedroom that your staff gave away when our arrival was delayed by tornadoes in the area. Very low class move when you pay in advance you’re paying for a room whether you stay in it or not you do not give that room to somebody else. "

"It was an older hotel remodeled, but I like those because the walls are actually thick enough so you don't hear everything around you. The pool was an older pool little wear on it but the water was warm and clean. I like how they remodeled the bathrooms entirely with new bath tubs, toilets, shower curtain. A lot of hotels try and save the tubs and they look tired and old no matter what, but I appreciated the nice bathrooms and how they just did it all."

"The staff was VERY accommodating. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The ONLY downfall was a small parking lot that had overflow. There was a game one night and parking was tough. Loved that it was right on the river and you could walk it. Walking distance to many places to eat. Loved this hotel!!"

"The counter tops in the public bathrooms are really big and makes it difficult for short people to reach the soap dispensers."
