The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. "The Omni is a comfortable Hotel with alot of history behind it. The staff couldn't have been nicer! The restaurant/bar was great and the "Original" Boston creme pie was a delicious treat! Although the Hotel maintains the Historic look , which is beautiful, the bathrooms in the rooms need definate upgrading. All in all, The Omni Parker Hotel was a great place to stay!"

"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive.
