"We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I took a small portion—one bowl of cereal, three pancakes, and some juice—but the cereal quality was very poor. My child couldn’t eat it, so we threw the cereal in the dustbin. The manager then came, picked it up from the trash, and confronted us aggressively, questioning why we threw it away. She started accusing us, saying this is “not charity, this is a business,” and began threatening to charge us $20 for breakfast. The situation escalated quickly. She raised her voice, continued accusing us unfairly, and then told us to vacate the property, saying it was “her property.” This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating—especially in front of other guests, who were also being treated poorly. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom had mold, and the carpet was stained and appeared very old, which made the stay uncomfortable and concerning for hygiene. We had to pack our belongings and leave immediately, which completely ruined our vacation. Although Expedia refunded one night, we still had to"

"I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. Expedia is telling me they still didn’t that I’m being lied to and I never got to stay there that day because I was in Oklahoma not in Texas. I never booked for that date. I have not seen a refund for my money and no one will return my calls. This is the worst customer service experience. Because the hotel is saying one thing and Expedia another but no one wants to refund me my money. "

"Parking did not feel safe , only one elevator was working , door to enter hotel in the back was broken so didn’t need the key card anybody could walk in , the hallway to our room smelled horrible, the fire alarm went off and we were not advised if it was an accident or something else , booked for three nights did not even stay there 4 hours , tried to leave the key with front office nobody was on staff , it was late and the weather was bad so did not wait long to see if someone would return waited about 5 min "

"Hotel was awful. The old lady in the front was horrible, super rude. Very poor customer service. They only gave me one room key and when I went to ask for another she was annoyed by it. There were cockroaches everywhere and they false advertise queen size beds when in reality they were full. It was a horrible experience, never staying there again!!!"

"The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well. "
