Although abit dated in decor the room was clean and outfitted with everything you need. The managerial company was quick to respond to any concerns and the amenities were outstanding. Walk to the beach, free tram, and 4 pools and much more.

“Please note, there is no bar available within the resort or by the pool area.” It should be specified on the website. Bedroom ceiling fan can be used on very slow speed, if turn on to a faster speed it wobbles and make a rattle noise. No balcony sitting chairs provided

Loved space and layout of room, balcony with view was excellent. Disliked our first night without electricity in the master bedroom due to last tenant tripping the breaker. Also the rooms lack of cleanliness especially bathroom, it needs a full detail service - walls, shower tile, doors, lightswitches need cleaning. Caulking in bathtub was an amature job, not the quality that this room should have. The size of the TV in the bedroom is too small. Including at least first morning coffee would be a great added touch.

The overall resort was nice and relaxing. However, the actual condo unit we stayed in was not clean. It was a good unit as far as location. But we were very disappointed in regards to the lack of cleanliness. The floor was filthy, it was dusty, the bathroom was not clean. The owner of this unit should visit his cleaning staff.

Great place to stay. Very clean the only thing is if you book through Hotels.com they don't tell you about a $259 additional fee on the front end. Would have been nice to know that before booking. Otherwise the place is in a great location to the Sandestin area.

Our experience with Panhandle Getaways was great. Our trip was a last minute booking and the representatives helped us through the reservation process without any problem. The Luau Resort property was gorgeous and our views were amazing. It was a great trip and hopefully we can go again in the near future.

Not worth it.

Checking in took almost 2 hours and the codes did not work. Elevators were slow and no one answered the phones at any of the restaurants, shops, etc. large resort but slow or no response for services. The room was way overpriced for size.
