"Clean, quiet, helpful and free shuttle at 4am!"

"There is no restaurant, bar, room service, concierge service. There was no gift shop. This would have been fine, had it not been advertised as open as of Oct. 2025. There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout."

"The room was clean and everything worked as should other than the television. The front desk guy came and tried to reset it. It worked for a minute and then went back out."

"Not only is the Inn beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond. Leora is a dream! The breakfast is fresh and delicious, I loved waking up listening to the fountain and the beautiful flower outside my window. Will definitely stay here again."

"We will not be returning to this hotel. I tried really hard to like it. The room was clean and had a lot of space, including a full kitchen, a full size refrigerator, and extra space in the living area. Full hot breakfast every morning was very good as well. However, the air-conditioning did not work the first night and the temperature outside was in the 90s. The staff tried to fix it, but could not and could only give us a fan. They did not offer to change rooms or to comp us for the night....

"Beautiful hotel! The entire staff was wonderful and clearly had customer service as their first priority. Anything we needed was attended to promptly. We lounged by the pool, got spa services (which were amazing) and sat out until late at night on our terrace! The hotel is convenient to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and the Redwood parks. We loved the location and the fact that things were convenient, but not right outside the hotel. We also had a lot of fun in the “secret” pool room!"
