"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"Clean room and extremely helpful staff. We had an issue and needed to make some local calls. We didn’t have an Australian number, so the manager/owner let us use his phone. Made it extremely easy for us to make our needed calls. Thank you."

Before our arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor away from the noise, as my son loves staying on high floors, and I also asked if it would be possible to display a birthday message in the room. "The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. Shower is too small and not modern enough. Room lights are confusing and need to be sorted out. Noise of Fan in bathroom didn't stop all night. I wouldn't recommend staying again."
