"Very nice property. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Pizza in the lounge was also very good. Location is excellent. Short walk to Canal Park over the lift bridge. The building did make quite a bit of creaky noises and the doors to the room slam pretty hard. The A/C fan was enough to cover those sounds. "

"The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We noticed that the mop boards were missing in the hallway (on the first floor). Are you in the process of replacing them? The initial appearance seemed to be that the hotel was in disarray, but hopefully replacement is the reason for the missing mopboards. First impressions are important. Perhaps a sign letting people know why would ease their minds."
