"My bed linens had debris and fresh stains because they didnt change the sheets before my stay. I didnt notice until the end of my stay after i pulled back covers to make sure i left nothing behind.The tub was so slippery making me slip. Upon alerting the staff they said non slip tub mats are available on request! How would I know to ask until I got in the shower?! I showed manager the dirty bed and staff profusely apologized and offered a free snack. I would have preferred a free future stay at...

"The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again."

"Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
