"Our room was directly beneath the lobby, so we would ask for a different room, as it was quite noisy when people were walking across. The owners were amazing - friendly and very helpful. The site was lovely with plenty of places to sit outside. We loved it. "

"The outside of the property is a bit worn and landscaping needs work for better curb appeal. The room was spotless and I appreciated that. We did not go to the breakfast as the timing was early for us. The property is near eating and shopping and we enjoyed staying there "

"We loved the historical vibe of this hotel with the amazing way the hotel was established from an old feed mill. Everything was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed! The continental breakfast was par for hotel fare except for the amazing pastries brought in fresh everyday from the bakery up the street. Delicious! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing spot after a beautiful bikebtt try ide on the Root River Trail."
