"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, breakfast was well stocked, coffee and ice water in lobby 24 hours a day, and day access to laundry and ice machine on every floor. The pool was clean, the kids pool could use an upgrade and warmer water. The hot tub was HOT and was great! The pool was rather deep at 5โ almost the whole thing. The only thing that didnโt work was the sauna and pool table in the arcade area."

"The best part was how friendly the staff were and how clean the rooms were. The rooms are small, not any extras like a clock or coffee maker. Some of our party didnโt have irons. The facility is a bit dated but mostly maintained."

"Great experience. Traveling with my husband to visit the area and do hikes. Nice location and cozy cute cabins! Owner is super helpful and kind. Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. I called the owner and he called right back after a few minutes and was able to give me all the instructions I needed. He even gave me some hiking recommendations. Later, the water wasn't getting hot in our cabin. I texted the owner and he came to check things out right away. He informed us that sadly, the water heater was going to need repairs. He upgraded us to another cabin that was actually bigger and very nice - the one we were in was also so cozy and lovely. Thankfully, our stay was uneventful (in the best way) from there on out! Cabins are very clean, cozy and have everything you need to cook food if you choose! Not far away from nice hikes in Winona or Alma. Oh and it's near the water too with a dock if you're into that. ๐ Owner is extremely kind, accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommend."
