"We arrived for a weekend at MOA and had chosen this hotel for the proximity to MOA and for the indoor pool. Upon arrival we noticed a sign at the front desk that the pool was under renovation. Obviously this was a huge disappointment as we had purposely booked this hotel knowing this would be an amenity. The front desk team was apologetic but were quick to be defensive about how it was “listed on their website.” Upon further research, it is in fact not clearly listed nor is their a pop up alert when booking to inform families of this renovation and closure. They did give us complimentary Mini golf tickets, but again, we could have stayed at numerous other hotels close by with a pool. "
