The room was adequate. Cleaning could have been done better. I.e if you pulled back a dresser or looked at the vents, you could see that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. The pool had sand in the bottom of it, a light fixture that was in disrepair, and bugs in the water - likely from the windows that had been left open.

The exterior of the building and parking lot was terrible - looked like no maintenance all summer, dead trees/no mowing/overgrown bushes. There was a homeless man laying on the ground smoking a cigarette at the side entrance, closest to our room. NOT very welcoming environment. The room was clean, bed comfortable and quality AC. The breakfast was very sparce. Staff was cordial. I would not return to this place.

Honestly pretty dingy- there was dust all over the coffee maker, no one came to clean, there were several bugs in our bathroom, breakfast had no protein options, and check in took forever even though there was just 1 person before us, and it seemed to be surrounded by dead trees. But my kid loved the pool and it was fine for a couple nights.

Room was damp and there was a fan in the bathroom but it did not work so our towels never dried. AC worked and was the only way for the room to feel less damp but made it cold. There were cobwebs in the room and the sofa had stains or some sort of gunk on it in several places. Staff was friendly but the first night we asked for addl pillows to use the sofa bed and they agreed but never came to bring them.

While the room was clean, the bathroom needed quite a bit of work. The way chair was very dusty and old. Breakfast wasn't worth our time. The grounds were overgrown and the lot needed attention. The sign out front was unreadable. We thought, at first, that it was the previous chains facility.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love it quite a bit. We get a room with a hot tub and it is perfect. Really great jacuzzi, and the coffee they offer for your inroom coffee Maker is very good. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Really wonderful place to stay.

Delighted to see the room upon arrival. Clean, pleasant furnishings, roomy and very fresh smelling. Front desk was very helpful in finding station guide for television. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!
