"The pool and the buffet dining area were good. It was nice to have a workout gym there, although I did not use it. The room was as expected. While the overall stay was good, there were a few minor facility issues that hopefully will be addressed by management."

"Room was clean but had a little bit of a musty smell (think it was the air conditioner) but wasn’t overwhelming. Bed was very comfortable & staff were awesome!! Friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything, and this was not just one person, every staff member I came into contact with was over the top friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!!"

"We had the most restful, peaceful time to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The breakfasts were out of this world! John is a great host, we enjoyed talking to him getting to know him better and being able to appreciate such a beautiful place. The house itself is so well-maintained and clean and beautiful. We love being up in north hero and the weather was almost perfect and we came home so happy and satisfied. We will return anytime we can."
