"I felt they were a bit cheap with the amenities in the room. One thin towel each for two nights, one roll of toilet paper on the holder, one sachet of instant coffee. We had to ask for extras and it was like pulling teeth.
Parking was an issue. Went out for dinner and then had to park way up the back of the car park because it was so busy."

"Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. No one made any special effort to offer tea or coffee or to make anything different at all.
Positives were that the room was spacious,...

"We booked this place for a 6-night family holiday. The moment we checked in, there was a very strong smell of sweat and stinky feet. The bathroom had a strong moldy and drain smell, with visible mold all over the shower walls. We tried opening the window and the door, but it made no difference.
We contacted the after-hours staff, but he offered no help and even tried to blame the smell on the “previous guests”. I requested a refund for the unused 5 nights, but he said only the manager could...

"We had a smooth and comfortable stay at Tribe Perth. The location is excellent, with Kings Park just a short walk away and easy access to many other attractions and facilities.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well designed and have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was good overall, although I felt there could have been a little more variety.
One area that could definitely be improved is the coffee at breakfast. We received complimentary...

"We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...
