"The front desk staff by the name of Ms.Cindy is very helpful. I actually booked via online for my daughter and her friend. I made an oversease call to the property to ensure the booking and she her customer service is good. The room is spacious and clean. MY daughter had a restful sleep during her stay. "Die Hoteleigenen Anlagen könnten besser instand gehalten sein, aber es ist was es ist und zwar ein Flughafenhotel … spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Tag los dafür ist es perfekt , da 3 min Fußweg zum Flughafen. (Oder halt anderes herum) Längere Aufenthalte sind hier nur unter besonderen Umständen zu empfehlen , würd ich aber vermeiden. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer zweckmäßig."

"This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I can't wait to go back. "
