"The unit in our room was extremely loud. And there was no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy. The bed and the pillows were comfortable."

"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."

"Stayed here previously with no issues. Last trip hotel seemed more run down and new gentleman at front desk was not helpful or very friendly. We checked out and moved to the Home2Suites."

"The hotel is gorgeous, the lobby is very nice. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction. There is no coffee bar and no breakfast so there are no amenities. The complementary drinks were very nice. The room is very nice, but the room needs to be cleaned of all hair and the Matt need to be cleaned. There were enough towels, please add wall mounted shampoo/conditioner dispensers."

I booked a kitchen suite only to find that the cupboards were completely empty and you have to request dishes, cookware, and flatware. "This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs).
