"The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

"Great location but overall comfort was not there, the blankets were visibly dirty luckily we had our own in the car. The kitchen and living room area were clean but no trash cans in the unit. Minimal lighting as well as TV not working."

"Clean and comfortable room with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bar was nice for having a cocktail on the patio or poolside. Breakfast was as expected - many choices from toast and cereal to premade eggs and sandwiches. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertaining my young grandson. I would stay here again."

"The presence of the hotel was wonderful. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. And what I don’t get in most hotels is that they make your bed every day and this Hotel did without me asking for it. I just loved it. I would stay again and again."

"Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness."

"Smoking was prevalent on our floor which is not permitted on property. I look for places with a no smoking policy because if my asthma."

"This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the last one. Although I hardly saw any staff our 3rd floor room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was filled in the bathroom. The breakfast was sufficient, although nothing to get excited about. I think if the place was brightened up a bit and new carpeting and lighting installed it would be a big improvement. All in all I would consider another stay in the future."

"Luckily our stay was only for one day otherwise, I would've been pretty disappointed. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told that the all of carpets were going to be replaced soon but they were so dirty that it was kind of disgusting. Even if they were going to be replaced, they still could've been cleaned more. Our room was ok but was in need of cleaning and updating. The bed was comfortable and well maintained but the electric fireplace in the bedroom did not work at all, and was dirty...

"The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...
