"Staff were decent, room didn’t have breakfast included even though it’s expensive. No microwave, mold in the shower, weird smell, dirty sheets, what looks like dried blood on the carpet. You’re better off going to the holiday inn."

"Tried to do expedited check out through app, and in room phone. App would not work and called from in room phone 3 separate times and every time someone picked up then hung up. Went to desk to check out. Waited 10 minutes and staff never showed up. Left keys at desk with a note with time we checked hoping they would see it and check us out, but never received final invoice in email."

"Our room was extremely comfortable, with couch and table to enjoy relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, well stocked towels, and very quiet and staff accomodated our request to be at quiet location given I am a light sleeper. This had been my 4th accomodations this week visiting family in Ohio and seeing grandchildren shoot competitively nearby at the Cardinal Center.
