"The stay overall was quite good but it was a disappointing experience. After booking we where informed that work was taking place and we may be subjected to noise. I made contact to explain this was to be a special break for my Wife's 60th Birthday and they should have warned us about possible disruption before booking. A reply was sent apologising for this, but told us to make contact with reception where steps could be made to make up for this. Upon check-in reception knew nothing about this...

"Cannot say as i did not stay due to the manager trowing me out for letting my partner use the toilet the got me charged with drink driving for trying to sleep in my car as did not have anywhere else to go"
