1. Please consider upgrading your toilet tissue. For a hotel charging $200 per night, single-ply paper feels inappropriate and detracts from the overall guest experience.
2. I’ve been booking through Expedia since before 2008, and your hotel was the first that refused to print a receipt at checkout, citing “third-party booking.” This was both inconvenient and surprising.
3. On the morning of checkout, around 5 a.m., I had to change rooms due to PROFUSE leaking from the ceiling. (it was so much that it woke my husband and up from SOUND sleep) While I did not expect a refund, I was disappointed that no staff member acknowledged the inconvenience or offered an apology.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience going forward.
