"I highly recommend staying here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was hot while we were staying and they came by on the second day to give us some extra bottles of water and to make sure everything was good. It’s a nice relaxing atmosphere, we all slept great both nights we stayed. I will definitely be booking the cottage again next summer for my trip to Saint John."

"Parking was supposed to be included from a message I received from hotel... went to front desk and they told me email was a mistake... I am disappointed as I spoke to other guests who received the same email and got their parking validated... 18.00 isn't a lot, but it is the principal... other than that the stay was great.
Rooms are comfortable, could use USB ports in room."

"I was able to change rooms fortunately due to an issue in hall where my original room was (smelled like chemicals). Rooms were ok. Bathroom very nice. TV did not work properly and never fixed even after I mentioned (it kept lagging). Good location. Easy in, out and around. Restaurant is good. Get the breakfast buffet. Fitness room was above average for the hotel. "

"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.
