"We booked though Expedia for a King bed room, the gave us a double queen. When we said we booked a king, they gave us a smoky smelling king with a broken window blind, handicap shower and a bed about a foot and a half off the floor. The eventually moved us to a double queen (again, we booked and wanted a king bed) Additionally, the pool was “out of order” and had been for a long time + the water filter station was out of order as well. Also, all the light bulbs were cool white led’s which I personally find to be wretched."
