"The only issue was the deadbolt in room 240 did not latch. We did make them aware at check out (it was a 1 night stay & we were prepared in case) that the bolt didn't latch. It is our favorite little hotel as it's in a great location. Not to busy of an area, close to multiple restaurants, right by main event, rooms are always clean, and staff's always been kind each stay!"

"If you're looking for a good breakfast, you have a waffle machine, Coffee, bread toaster and jelly. They dont put syrup in the machine, meaning it is very low. No healthy items like fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Most of the people just go out to eat I love that I had a choice to cook my own meal bc of the kitchen in the rooms. I also didnt like that they never wiped off the item people touched. I saw the same waffle dough on the push knob where the syrup comes out of the whole time I was there....

"1⭐️ Very disappointed with my stay. The hotel advertised “breakfast included,” but this is what they actually handed out at the front counter: a small juice, a yogurt, a granola bar, a tiny bag of muffins, and a piece of fruit. That’s not a real breakfast—just a grab-and-go snack at best. On top of that, the hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell the entire time, which made the stay even worse. Definitely not the experience I expected. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Airport shuttle was helpful but you wait at the airport a long time depending on where in the route they are -but they communicated well and ride back to airport was excellent. The room was basic and small but provided what was needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was very limited continental as advertised. Sound proofing in hotel next to airport and freeway was excellent. Very quiet in room. Gym provided decent work out."

"This is an amazing hotel, beautiful to say the least, well appointed and the decor is wonderful! Very classy, luxurious and comfortable, and social. Had my wife and I stayed for leisure instead of a place to relax for the night, I would have been very impressed. We love boutique hotels and amenities. "The hotel was very clean and close to the airport"

"Dirty with so much broken stuff inside the room and roaches and other moving insects in bathroom. Lot of work need to be fixed in the room. Bathroom sink leaking and need to keep the trash can below the sink. Did reported to Nathan who was at the front desk but never was attended. When reported to the morning shift person they didn't care about it though."
