"Trouble connecting with staff - heating/air not working, kitchen sink leaking. Emails/texts on Expedia and WhatsApp not returned. Beautiful room though and premises - modern with all you need - breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Was there off season just as the area is readying for Spring. Will conclude that the communication issues were due to the early season timing. "

"En familj på 4 (14 & 11 åringa barn) som spenderade några dagar på hotellet. Suverän bemötande och väldigt bra läge till stranden och till ”Gamlestaden”. Familjeägt hotell som sköts passionerad av hela familjen. Rekommenderas verkligen. "

"Hôtel très bien. Tout service sur place. Très jolis extérieurs. Très propre. Seul bémol c’est qu’à notre étage il y a eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit des gens qui n’ont pas respectés. Une porte donnant sur l’extérieur était cassé. Et du coup il y a beaucoup de vent qui s’infiltrait dans le couloir."

"De accomodatie is gelegen vlak bij het oude centrum van Rethymnon en de haven. Wij hadden een zeer goede kamer (zijdelings zeezicht). Er is een groot strand met parasols en drankbedeling tegenover het hotel. Service en eten zijn zeer goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is de transfer in gedeelde shuttle (lees tourbus) van Danaos Travel. Als je boekt, zie je een taxi voor 7 personen, maar in werkelijkheid is dit steeds een tourbus voor 50 pers. die zo dikwijls stopt dat je over de...

"Excellent accueil avec toutes les informations. Bel hôtel et belle chambre. Par chance j'ai trouvé une place de parking juste devant l'hôtel. Bien situé à 10/15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent avec aussi bien des viennoiseries, plats chauds, omelette, œufs brouillés, fruits et logiquement ici de la fêta et des olives. Excellent rapport qualité / prix."
