"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! "Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town, spotlessly clean, very nice courtyard with swimming pool and sun loungers, we had breakfast outside by the pool. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us Prosecco and fruit plate to welcome us. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again and would recommend Pepi Hotel. Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. "The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. "

Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. "

La piscine est petite,mais existante. Le grand plus ceux sont les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement par l'hôtel. 15 à 20 minutes à pieds du terminal de bus mais le chemin est très agréable et traverse la vielle ville."
