"It took around ten minutes for a staff member to get to the desk upon our arrival at around 6pm. Once we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were crusty, there were long black hairs all over the pillow, the mattress and the bathroom walls. There were other dried unidentified substances on the walls in both the main room and and bathroom. The room was generally filthy. The fact that the room had obviously been serviced but still in that state is baffling. We ended up checking...

"Great stay—although the hotel was completely full with a wedding party, lots of families and travelers—the hotel was quiet after 10:00!! The hotel and our room were clean and the beds were supportive; so we all got a good nights rest. As always-Hamptons breakfast was excellent. Very good coffee!! Best of all—we all felt safe staying there!! Thank you Hampton!!"

I do wish the room had contained a desk and light to allow us to set up a laptop and work more comfortably, but the room was otherwise very neat, comfortable and quiet. Also appreciated having covered parking adjacent to the hotel. Would definitely come back. "
