"We had a struggle checking in but that was our fault for not understanding there is a main hub to go to for checking in, you are then taken to the accommodation. Once we arrived at the apartment the whole family were blown away! It was just as described and with an amazing view.
The reception and shop staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Safari restaurant did lovely food but the staff were a bit manic and looked stressed and that would sometimes show in their service.
The pool was plenty big enough and we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed at any time of the day we popped down there….the pool bar did close a bit early for my liking but it wasn’t a big deal.
