" we enjoyed our stay as always we found the hotel is extremely clean the rooms are clean but sadly need decorating also the sofa bed in our room was really tatty it needed new covering its too uncomfortable to sit on anyway but apart from this its all good"

"The hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and cleaning. They had everything one would need on a holiday. Only slight criticism is the hot tub was not hot enough. We asked at the guest Servcies to turn it up which they did but even then it was like warm at best. I guess for some people that would be fine but for us it was a bit disappointing. Other than that I can’t fault anything else. "

"Great location with decent facilities, however let down by advisement of chromecast that did not work, so kids had to watch local TV channels after dinner. I was left with watching the iPad at night which wasn’t ideal. Staff at reception were great and speedy when booking taxis. Check in was slow and could be improved."

"Bom hotel, não mencionam que fica numa íngreme ladeira. Controle do all, comparado a outros, 1 bebida por pessoa, só recebe outra se entregar 1 copo da bebida anterior. Bebida para tomar fora do bar, copos plásticos e pela metade. All só funciona até 11 pm. Sala de snacks apenas com café e leite, sem sucos ou refrigerantes. Corredores escuros. Hotel, áreas externas escuras."

"I don’t understand any negative reviews I thought this place was fantastic and I had a wonderful time. Shout out to Eva at the front desk and Victor in the restaurant both were very helpful and should get raises! The room was spotlessly clean and the maid mopped my floor during my stay which impressed me. Good food too."
