"Worst night of my life. There was an alarm bell going off 5 times during the night, so I hardly had any sleep at all. When I finally gave up and left at 5am, there was nobody in the reception, otherwise I would have demanded a full refund."

"This is a perfectly functional business hotel typical in Japan. Clean, serviceable rooms, excellent service, relaxing public bath, basic breakfast menu all for a reasonable price.
I wouild not hesitate to recommend this if you need a basic, comfortable place on your business trip or vacation in this area.
The location is a little away from the train station and probably meant more for car travellers than those on foot."

"This was one of the most beautiful and serene places we have stayed! After a full day of cycling Shimanami Kaido, we had the opportunity to unwind at Yu-rah and there is so much beauty. The artwork inside of the villa and the nature outside made this one of our favorite places. Highly recommend!!"

"I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, and the small touches like the ginger tea and jelly they leave for you in the room. I had a wide desk and comfortable chair, and a large twin bed with a very comfortable duvet. The bathroom has modern decor and the hairdryer is almost completely silent. My room faced the city so there was some noise from the traffic below but not too much."
"While the room was pretty basic, the staff was wonderful and the location lovely. The parks surrounding the hotel are magnificent. Being able to either walk 5 minutes to the airport or take the complimentary shuttle is so convenient!"
"Easy to locate property via google map. Received clear instruction on the self check-in info at about 9am on check in day.
Clean and cosy apartment, the bed feels like home and we have a good two nights stay here."
"This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!"
"I loved my room! It had a castle view and was very clean. The staff was friendly and helped me open a Ramune soda bottle. I recommend this hotel to others and would stay again."
